GREEN TEA
All green teas come from the same species, Camellia sinensis. To make green tea, fresh leaves are briefly cooked using either steam or dry heat — a process that locks in their green colour and fresh flavour while preventing oxidation, unlike black tea. Green tea is generally estimated to contain about one-third the caffeine of coffee, making it a lighter option throughout the day.
We carefully select our green teas from some of the finest tea fields in China and Japan.
