WHITE TEA

White tea is made from the youngest tea buds, plucked just before the leaf opens and gently air-dried to preserve their delicate colour and flavour. Its name comes from the fine silvery-white hairs that cover these young buds, giving them a pale, downy appearance. As the least processed of all teas, white tea offers a light, subtle character — and we sometimes add flavours to create delicate, delectable blends.
